How to Cook Greek Styled Stuffed Capsicums

This delicious Greek dish is good to have on its own or with a small salad

Chop onion

Step 3

Put the Risoni in lightly salted boiling water and cook until Risoni is tender yet firm to the bite

Step 4

Stir Risoni occasionally

Step 5

Dice the tomato

Step 6

Rain Risoni let leave it aside

Step 7

Chop the fresh oregano and basil

Step 8

Put oil in frying pan and then add the onion until brown

Step 9

Add in Lamb mince until brown

Step 10

Add in oregano, basil, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and spinach

Step 11

Crumble up in feta into mixture

Step 12

Add Risoni into mixture

Step 13

Cut off the top of the Capsicum, de-seed it both and oil the outside of the capsicum so it doesn't burn when cooking

Step 14

Stuff the mixture into the capsicum

Step 15

Add in Salt and Pepper and put into oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees

Step 16

When it's ready put it in a bowl and enjoy
