Chop up 8 to 10 large potatoes into wedges and place inside a deep glass dish and spread out evenly.
In a frying pan on low simmer all ingredients together until boiled and pour over potatoes.
(Optional) if you have an extra lemon slice a few pieces and place over top of potatoes.
Cook in oven at 420 degrees for approximately 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with a side of my Chicken Souvlaki Rolls, Tzatziki for dipping, and salad.
