Prepare two Boneless chicken breast and leave aside to thaw. You can defrost in the microwave too.
Peel skin off the potato and slice it finely.
Take the pistol and mortar and add garlic in. Grind garlic until minced.
Squeeze the lemons in a bowl and add in the condiments. (Salt&Pepper) Add the Minced garlic and 1tsp of vinegar in the bowl and mix ingredients with spoon.
Pour mixture in to a zipper bag and add chicken breasts in the bag. Shake the bag well and leave in the refridgerator to marinate for two hours.
After 2hrs seperate the marinade from the chicken and potato . Discard whatever is left from the marinade. And start chopping the onion and beans.
Chop the green beans and onion finely.
Add some butter on medium heat and sauté the onions, potato and green beans until golden brown. .
Add the chicken breasts under the vegetables for better better taste. Cover the pan and leave the chicken to cook.
Flip the chicken every 5-7 minutes to prevent it from burning. Add some garlic chunks to get better taste. Season with salt and pepper if you want.
When everything is cooked and ready. Serve in a Pyrex tray. Squeeze some lemons on the dish if you would like. Bon apetit!
