How to Cook Fried Filet of Fish

Without using your frying pan.

Supplies

  • Filet of fish
  • Liquid margarine
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    This is a good way to cook fried fish for many. It can easily be made ahead and kept cool until its time to cook it.

    Step 2

    These are the things you need.

    Step 3

    Pour the margarine into a bowl large enough for the filet to be fully covered. Mix breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.

    Step 4

    Dip the fish into the liquid margarine and let excess run off.

    Step 5

    Cover the fish with breadcrumbs.

    Step 6

    Place the filets in a bakingtray, there's no need to grease or line with parchment.

    Step 7

    Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Put a thermometer in the thickest part of one of the filets and bake to 56 degrees Celsius.

    Step 8

    Take out the fish and let it cool just a few minutes. Serve with potatoes and fresh dill.

    Step 9

    This way of cooking will actually contain less fat than it would cooking it the traditional way. Enjoy
