Place chickpeas in a bowl with a lot of cold water. Cover the bowl with film and put it in the fridge for 24 hours. This is to soften and hydrate the chickpeas
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender
Mix until you achieve this consistency
Make little patties and place them on a frying pan with plenty of oil. You can use sunflower or olive oil
If you prefer to bake them, place the patties on a baking tray covered with baking paper
Put them in the middle of the oven at 350°F or 180°C during 30 minutes (approximately) until they turn light brown
