How to Cook Fajitas ( Alambre)

  • 1 Pounds Flank steak
  • 1 Red onion
  • 3 Bell pepper (green, red, yellow)
  • ¼ Pounds Bacon
  • ⅓ Pounds Oaxaca cheese
  • ¼ Cups Soy sauce
  • 1 Pinch Provençal herbs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    You can use any kind of cheese, that melts , I used 2 different bell peppers, to make it colorfull

    Step 2

    Put the bacon, and the steak in a hot pan, and season it whit salt ,pepper, soy sauce,and the Provençal herbs,

    Step 3

    When the proteins are cooked half way, add the vegetables and let it cook in low heat.

    Step 4

    When it's cooked, top it whit the cheese, and let it melt.

    Step 5

    Serve it like tacos, and you can use yesterday's chimichurri
