Pappers and eggplants pierce with a fork and rub them with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 180 *C, and bake the vegetables during 30 min. The should become "blushful".

While the veggetables are baking, peel the skin from a tomato. U can do it over the gas flame, using boiling water or a sharp knife. Put into the blender,add some olive oil and blend it (with herbs).
Here is the result.
Peel the eggplants and pappers. Cut the onion. Blend them separately in blender and add to tomatoes. Add the onion. Don't forget to try while adding it. Enrich with garlic, olive oil, salt and papper
Mix it all together and put into the fridge for a couple of hours.
Voila! Eggplant caviar is ready! Can serve with fish or chicken cutlets! Bon appetit 😉
