How to Cook Easy-Peasy Chicken and Potato Stew

It takes very little time in the kitchen. It pretty much cooks by itself


  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper (any other colour is just fine)
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2-4 bay leaves (depending on the size)
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 teaspooms of smoked paprika (optional)
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • A bowl with frozen vegs (I used peas and carrots)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get your ingredients ready

    Step 2

    Chop the onion and pepper, and add it to the pan with garlic. Cook for a few minutes

    Step 3

    Cut the chicken and add it to the vegs until the meat is sealed

    Step 4

    Add the bay leaves and the frozen vegs (this stew is a great way to get my family to eat vegs)

    Step 5

    Next add the potatoes and let them cook a bit with everything

    Step 6

    Add salt and pepper. You can always add more salt at the end

    Step 7

    Add the paprika, chicken stock and water. Stir a little bit cover and let it reduce slowly
