In a non stick pan add your cooked rice and your milk stir
Add saffron to mixture (trick i use , take some sugar and saffron,spoon, and grind it to bring out color and flavor more)
Keep mixing until you get desired thickness. I usally let boil till the sides of the pot start show creamy milk
Add your nuts and raisins stir well turn fire off.
Add your cardamom I added a lil extra i love it! Stir and your done!
Ready to eat hot or chill for an hour enjoy!
