How to Cook Easy and Healthy Chicken Parmesan in 8 Mins

I created this recipe because I really wanted the flavors of chicken parm without the calories.


  • 2 Chicken breast, filleted
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • ½ Teaspoons Garlic salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Turn your oven to high heat and spray nonstick spray. Add half of the Parmesan cheese and garlic salt in the pan.

    Step 2

    Add your chicken breast to the pan when the pan is heated. I sliced the breast down the middle so it cooks faster.

    Step 3

    Add the rest of the Parmesan cheese and garlic salt to the other side.

    Step 4

    Cook on high heat for 4 mins or until golden.

    Step 5

    Flip the chicken over and cook for mins on high.

    Step 6

    Serve with your favorite soup, pasta or side and enjoy!

    Step 7

    Or serve with green beans or veggies. Yum!
