How to make Armenian Dolma

Supplies

  • 2 kilograms Green pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • ⅓ kilograms Ground beef
  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Sauce
  • ⅔ Tomato
  • ½ Cups Olive oil
  • 1 Bunch Dried mint
  • 1 Black pepper
  • Salt

    Step 1

    PREPARE THE GROUND BEEF

    Step 2

    Add olive oil , planed onion and soaked rice in ground beef and knead it

    Step 3

    Add salt , pepper , mint , sauce and tomatos and continue to knead

    Step 4

    Step 5

    And empty the green pepper
