How to Cook Delicious Chapli Kebab (Pakistani Dish)

Supplies

  • ½ kilograms minced beef
  • 3 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic paste
  • 4 Tablespoons green chili
  • ½ Teaspoons ground red chili
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons salt
  • 1 Teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 Teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 Teaspoon caraway
  • 3 Tablespoons gram flour
  • 1 egg
  • oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    finely chop onions

    Step 2

    chop green chiliz finely.. sorry pic is not clear

    Step 3

    remove seeds of tomatoes and chop

    Step 4

    firmly squeeze water from minced beef

    Step 5

    now add onions and tomatoes to it.. make sure tomatoes are properly dry.. you can use paper towel to pat dry.. this should be done to avoid breaking of kebab while frying

    add green chili and ginger garlic paste

    Step 7

    mix and then add gram flour

    Step 8

    firmly press seeds of coriander in between palms of your hand and then add

    add caraway

    Step 10

    add salt

    Step 11

    ground red chili

    Step 12

    ground coriander

    Step 13

    ground garam masala

    now add egg and properly mix

    Step 15

    give shapes by firmly pressing to avoid breaking

    on pan / tawa add little bit of oil and fry

    turn

    Step 20

    turn other pan's as well

    Step 21

    don't fry on high or medium heat.. always fry on low heat

    Step 22

    keep on turing after few minutes gap
