Cut chicken into small cube sized. Then place it at the crockpot.
Add chopped garlic and sliced tomatoes.
Followed by bite sized carrots and potatoes.
Add squash, celery, and corn.
Add 5 cup of chicken stock.
Followed by salt & pepper. Then turn the heat on high setting for 4-5 hr.
Serve with jalapeños, cilantro, Limes, and avocados.
