How to Cook Crescent Chicken Bites: My Lazy Kitchen

by Katina N

A quick and yummy snack for parties or a small dinner. It's actually pretty low in calories.

Supplies

  • 3 Chicken breasts, small
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced onion
  • ½ Teaspoons Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Cheese, Italian blend
  • 1 Crescent roll can
  • 1 Teaspoon Spinach, optional
  • Instructions

    Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Step 2

    Gather your ingredients.

    Step 3

I used microwaveable chicken, but cooked chicken works just as well. Follow the directions, but I cooked it a little less because the chicken is going into the oven.

    Step 4

    Roll out the crescent rolls.

    Step 5

Sprinkle desired amount of minced onion on the base.

    Step 6

Sprinkle desired amount of garlic salt.

    Step 7

(Optional) Sprinkle desired amount of rosemary. After cooking, I realized it would have tasted better without since I used butter crescent rolls.

    Step 8

Sprinkle desired amount of cheese. I used Italian 4 cheese, but mozzarella or any other cheese would work. I thought about this after, but spinach would be good to add.

    Step 9

Slice the cooked chicken into sections.

    Step 10

Put the chicken slices on the big side of the crescent roll.

    Step 11

Roll the chicken inside the crescent roll. Complete this for all of the crescent rolls.

    Step 12

Drizzle honey over the top of the crescent rolls.

    Step 13

Put the rolls in the oven and sit the timer for 8 mins.

    Step 14

After 8 mins, turn the rolls over and cook for 8 mins or until golden brown.

    Step 15

Put on a plate and serve your yummy chicken bites.
