by Nastiti Swargarani

Supplies

  • 1 Shallot (chop)
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 ½ Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Cheddar cheese
  • 10 Frozen shrimp balls
  • Chicken broth powder & pepper to taste
  • 2 Eggs
  • Instructions

    Step 1

I use shallot because I don't have onion. Well, it will taste a little bit different, but I guess it'll be more delicious ☺

    Step 2

Add butter & chopped shallot into saucepan, stir for a while (don't be too long).

    Step 3

    Add water

    Step 4

Add frozen shrimp balls and boil until they floats.

    Step 5

In the middle, you can add chicken broth powder and garlic powder to give taste.

    Step 6

Add pepper. I like it hot, so I put a lot 😜

    Step 7

I don't use milk because my family doesn't really like it. So I choose grated cheddar cheese instead. It gives a light texture for the soup.

    Step 8

Last but not least, I used 2 eggs and shake it in a bowl using egg shaker. Make sure you stir the soup when pouring the shaken eggs so it will make fiber textured soup.

    Step 9

So, this is it. The shrimp ball soup is ready to serve 😍
