How to Cook Chicken Kebabs

Chicken is always an easy one for kabobs. Kabobs are also a good entree to serve on a warm summer.


Step 1

Here I have 2 lbs of boneless and skinless chicken breasts ( cut into bites)

Add: 1 tbsp olive oil

Step 3

Spices: 1/2 tsp curry 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp dried mint 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp allspice

Step 4

Add spices to chicken

Step 5

Add 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Step 6

Add: 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp cilantro (finely chopped)

Step 7

Add 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

Step 8

Mix well

Cover and set aside for at least 2 hours .. You also can marinate for over night, which I usually do and recommend.

Preheat the skillet over a high heat , drizzle some oil and add chicken

Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden and all way done. I like mine to be all way done ...

I also grilled some onions

I discovered this sauce recently, and I liked it. So I'm going to share the recipe. Add 1 tbsp plain yogurt and 1 tbsp cream cheese

1 tsp tahini sauce

Step 18

1 tbsp dijon mustard

Step 19

1 tbsp minced garlic

And 1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix well

Could be served as a sandwich
