How to Cook Chicken Fried Rice

Supplies

  • 3 Cups White rice
  • 1 Cup Chicken
  • 1 Cup Frozen peas
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put 1 tablespoon of butter on the frying pan on medium heat

    Step 2

    Break two eggs

    Step 3

    Scramble the eggs

    Step 4

    Add the chopped onion

    Step 5

    Add the chopped chicken. I used rotisserie leftover shredded chicken

    Step 6

    Add the frozen peas

    Step 7

    Add rice and 2 table spoon of soy sauce

    Step 8

    Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes

    Step 9

    Enjoy with sriracha
