I'm not too much of a measurer when it comes to this step but I add about 4 tbsp of curry, 1 1/2 tbsp of basil leaves, chilli powder, coriander & cumin. Add one bay leaf & 1 tsp of paprika and cayenne

Next I add my tomatoes & cover & let cook on med-low for about 25 minutes. I usually add cilantro which I was out if but usually I add 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro in the last 10 mins.
