How to Cook Chicken Achari

This is very yummy healthy Indian dish.


  • 1 Chicken parts
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried peppermint
  • 1 Tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 Green hot chilli
  • 1 Cup Yoghurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather your ingredients , Chicken, assorted spices, dried peppermint , masala, yoghurt , tomato , onion ,and green hot chilli.

    Step 2

    Chop tomato , onion and green hot chilli into small pieces.

    Step 3

    Put 2 table spoon of olive oil in the pot over medium heat.

    Step 4

    Add the chopped onion., stir till tender.

    Step 5

    Add the spices and the minced garlic.

    Step 6

    Garlic, ginger, salt, turmeric and red chilli

    Step 7

    Stir together.

    Step 9

    Add the chopped green hot chilli.

    Step 10

    Add the chopped tomato.

    Step 11

    Stir together.

    Step 12

    Let it cooked over medium heat for about 10 minuts.

    Add the yoghurt .

    Step 14

    Mix together over low heat.

    Step 15

    Add chicken and let it cook over low heat.

    Step 16

    Then add the dry peppermint.

    Step 17

    Add one table spoon of masala.

    Step 18

    Will start to do the Achari . We need : dry red chilli , corriander seeds , funnel seed,mastard seeds and cumen seed .

    Heat one table spoon of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Mix till sizzled .

    You can see the sizzling of seeds.

    Step 22

    Then just get it out of heat and put it over the chicken in the pot.

    Finally add some fresh corriander.

    Step 24

    And once you feel chicken became tender put the heat off, and this is it's final look.

    Just serve it with some rice and Bon Appetite.
