How to Cook Cheesy-Spicy Salmon

I got this idea from an Korean fire-chicken (Chijeu-buldak) recipe.


  • 1 Pounds Salmon
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • Β½ Teaspoons Blk pepper
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Limon juice
  • ΒΌ Cups Greek yogurt
  • ΒΌ Cups Green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 Β½ Cups Mozzarella, shreddered
  • 1 Teaspoon Parsley flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Curry spice
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Combine : Greek yogurt hot pepper, tomato paste, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, olive oil and salt+pepper to taste

    Mix well

    Step 3

    Add the salmon which needs to be cut into 3/4 or 1 inch cubed, and mix well by hands.

    Step 4

    Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of melted butter or olive oil.

    Stir in the marinated salmon, cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.

    Place the salmon into an oven pan

    Step 8

    Sprinkle with : onions, sweet bell peppers and cilantro. It's optional to do this step.

    Then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, green onions, cilantro and parsley flakes.

    Pre-heat oven to broiler and leave it until the cheese is melted and golden.
