How to Cook Cashew Chicken

  • 300 Grams Chicken
  • ½ Cups Cashew nut
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 3 Dry chili
  • ½ Cups Red capsicum
  • 2 Tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Light soy sauce
  • ¼ Tablespoons White sugar
  • ½ Tablespoons Peanut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chop Garlic
  • ½ Cups Plain flour
  • ½ Teaspoons Pepper powder
  • ¼ Teaspoons Salt
  • ½ Teaspoons Water
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut the chicken as square shape

    Step 2

    Put plain flour ,pepper and salt in the bowl

    Step 3

    Mixed all together

    Step 4

    Fried cashew nut

    Step 5

    Deep fried chicken with high heat in the wok

    Step 6

    When u see the chicken starting change to be brown color just take off from wok

    Step 7

    Mixed oyster sauce , light soy sauce , sugar and peanut oil together

    Step 8

    Chop spring onion and capsicum

    Step 9

    Heat true wok in medium heat put 1 table spoon cooking oil after the wok ready put the chop garlic in there

    Step 10

    Add the chicken stir them around

    Step 11

    Add the sauce

    Step 12

    Add the vegi , dry chili and cashew nut. Mixed all together the taste must be a bit sweet
