Wash the meat (beef can also be used but requires longer time to boil) and place in a pot.
Place 5 to 6 cups of water and salt
Prepare the vegetables while waiting for the pork to boil. Slice the onion in the middle.
Slice the potatoes too!
Remove the lid and the bubbles when the pork is boiling
Pour in the potatoes and onions
Cut the cabbage and remove the stalks
Cover the stew with the cabbage then place lid
Mix it all up when the cabbage turns soft
Pour in the whole pepper corn.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
