Tools: food processor, bowl Task: using food processor slice the Brussels sprouts into thin slices. Then place sliced Brussels sprouts in bowl with onions.
Pour dressing over Brussels sprouts and onions. Using tongs mix everything together.
Sprinkle in ramano cheese and mix into salad using tongs.
