How to Cook Black Pepper Chicken With Lemon Rice

  • Chicken Breast
  • White Rice
  • Onion
  • Lemon
  • Avocado
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Salad greens
  • Garlic
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix black pepper with salt and roll the chicken in the mixture until its covered

    Step 2

    Add oil to a frying pan and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes or until cooked

    Step 3

    Dice onions, garlic, salad, and avocado

    Step 4

    Mix the salad and avocado and add a little onions and salt to make some guacamole. Add a hint of lemon for some extra flavor.

    Step 5

    Cook some white rice

    Step 6

    Add the rice, onions, garlic, and a little black pepper to the frying pan best to the chicken. Cook for about 3-5 minutes and then add a little lemon juice in the rice.

    Step 7

    This is what it should look like when you're done. I added sliced lime and a red pepper to make It look pretty. Enjoy!
