How to Cook Beef Soup

  • Whole beef marrow bones
  • Beef chuck cubes boneless
  • Celery
  • Onions
  • Yuca
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Corn
  • Sweet white potato
  • Carrots
  • Cilantro
  • Garlic
  • Beef stock

    Step 1

    Prepare all your ingredients

    Step 2

    Now boil the meats and bone marrow first for like 50 min at medium . You add one tbls of salt and 4 garlic cloves and 4 cubes of beef bouillon and cover

    Add salt garlic cloves and beef bouillon and cover to a medium boil for 50 min

    Step 5

    Peeling the yuca just slide your knife on the wax yuca skin and peel

    Step 6

    Then cut the yuca in cubes

    Step 7

    Now peel the sweet potatoes and carrots and then wash

    Step 8

    Cut in small cubes

    Step 9

    Cut corn

    Step 10

    Small cuts for good taste

    Cut onions small cuts

    Step 12

    Cut celery

    Step 13

    Step 14

    Chop cilantro

    Step 15

    Now add all cut veggie to boil

    Step 16

    Add in boil

    Step 17

    All ingredients are in stir

    Step 18

    Add beef stock and 2 packets of Sazon Goya

    Step 19

    Cover and let boil on medium for 45 min
