How to Cook Bananas Caramel or Bananas Foster

Recipe for bananas caramel easily transformable in flambéed bananas.


  • 1 banana per person
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar per person
  • 10 Grams butter per person
  • Rum (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut the bananas in length.

    Step 2

    Melt the butter in a frying pan, arrange the banana slices, cook a few minutes on one side and sprinkle with sugar.
