Gather all of your ingredients. Then start chopping up your vegetables. Mince the garlic. Slice your onions, bell pepper, and chop your potatoes in cubes
You can use any part of the chicken that you prefer. Today I used some chicken thighs and legs. Chop chicken if needed then add a pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Heat a pan or pot then add some oil. I used canola oil. Then add garlic, wait til golden brown then add your onions. Sauté for a few minutes then add your chicken.
Let chicken simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add your potatoes. Let your chicken cook for another 10 minutes
Add the rest of the vegetables. You can use broccoli in this dish as well!
Get you pan ready. Lay out chicken at the bottom. Then add your vegetables. On top pour your cream of mushroom soup and spread evenly to cover the entire pan.
Now it's time to bake! Set timer for 30-45 minutes. Cover your pan with foil. And wait til done.
And that's it! Ready to serve!
