How to Cook Bacon Egg and Cheese Fried Rice

Supplies

  • Enoki mushroom (optional)
  • 3 Bacon strip
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Cup Cooked rice
  • Maggi sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 ½ Onion
  • Butter
  • Cooking oil
  • Cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Trim your mushroom Dice onion Dice bacon

    Step 2

    In goes the onion with a bit of butter and oil

    Step 3

    Then bacon and mushroom mix till it starting to cook

    Step 4

    Put the lot on the side of the pan and crack an egg

    Step 5

    When your egg starting to cook lightly chop them you can Season with salt and pepper here watch the salt cuz bacon is already salty

    Step 6

    Mix everything up add rice and your meggi sauce if u can't find these you can use soya sauce

    When u get the taste and color that u want add another egg on top this is optional for people who like there fried rice a bit wet

    Add cheese I use cheddar here but normally I would use mozzarella for its gluey texture

    Tip: if you want you can fried a bit of bacon till crispy and sprinkle on top for extra texture I didnt here Because I only have that much bacon left in my fridge :)
