How to Cook Asparagus and Tomato Scramble

Supplies

  • 4 Egg white
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 5 Asparagus
  • 2 Slices of tomato, chopped
  • 1 Pinch Salt & pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Simmer asparagus in EVOO until softened to your desire.

    Step 2

    Add tomato. No need to let the tomato simmer.

    Step 3

    Add salt and pepper to vegetables and stir to distribute evenly.

    Step 4

    Whisk the 4 egg whites and 2 yolks together.

    Step 5

    Add to pan.

    Step 6

    Scramble and serve.
