1.5 cup taro (Arbi)
Powder of turmeric, red chilli and Curry leaves.
Shallow fry the Arbi with cumin seeds and mustard seeds..
Add some salt for taste.
Then add powder of turmeric, red chilli and curry leaves to the Arbi.
Fry for 2-3 min in medium flame.
Now that's it!!! Shallow fried Arbi veggie dish is done!!! Some times I also used to do veggie dishes.. Which is very rare... ;)
