How to Cook Apple, Balsamic, Cinnamon Mini-Pizza

Step 1

Make a mini pizza topped with caramelised sugar

Step 2

Grilled the sugar so it becomes crisp as it cools

Step 3

Grill your apple slice with sugar , butter and cinnamon

Step 4

Top pizza with apple

Step 5

Top with a ball of homemade vanilla ice-cream

Step 6

Squeeze on your homemade apple balsamic glaze (sugar, local La Robeline Normandy style cider, calvados, balsamic vinegar = reduce)

Step 7

Yum, yum. Now most importantly EAT! :)
