Select the apples and peras (not to ripe)
Peel and take out the seeds
Cut the fruit into small cubes
Mix the water and the sugar before you turn on the fire.

Be sure to turn off the fire before the caramel burns
Add the butter o margarine and mix in soft moves.
Add the fruit and turn on the fire. Let them Cook until the fruit is soft.
Mix the sugar, flour and butter until you get a sandy mix.
Add the sandy mix on top of the fruits.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius from 10-15 minutes
While still hot, add vanilla ice cream and enjoy!!!
