Crack 2 eggs into a bowl. Add some salt and soy sauce.
Beat the egg with a fork.
Slice some onions. Try hold your breath when you cut the onion to avoid tears in your eyes.
Heat up the pan and add some oil, add the onions in.
Let it cook for awhile until it turn soft. Add some salt to bring out the onion sweetness.
When the onions start to turn golden brown, spread the onions evenly around the pan and pour the egg mixture in.
Swirl the pan around make sure the egg cover every inch.
Split the egg into four parts, easier for flipping and let it cook for awhile.
