How to Cook an Easy Breakfast Quiche

Supplies

  • 1 Frozen pie crust
  • 8 6-8 eggs depending on size
  • 3 Veggies of your choice
  • ½ Cups Cheese (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cook veggies and add to the empty pie crust (in this picture I used roasted asparagus and roasted red peppers)

    Step 2

    Scramble eggs in a bowl and pour over the top of the veggies

    Step 3

    Sprinkle cheese on top (I used feta here and added some fresh ground pepper)

    Step 4

    Cook for 35-45 min at 350. It's done when knife comes out clean.

    Step 5

    Let cool 10-15 minutes before cutting
