All ingredients (except for the peanut oil): 1. Chop and dice the chicken 2. Peel and slice Onions roughly 3. Chop chillies and garlic 4. Pluck the Thai Basil
Once everything is chopped, fire up the stove real hot and put some peanut oil in a frying pan or wok. Wait until the oil is hot
Start with garlic, chillies and onions. After about 20sec add the chicken and keep stirring. Add the tablespoon of sugar, add some dashes of fish sauce, a good dash of soy sauce and oyster sauce.
When the chicken is done add a dash of sesame oil and the Thai basil but just mix it for a couple of seconds before you put it on a plate or - as I did - in a bowl.
Fry an egg and place it on top. Enjoy your juicy and spicy Phad Gra Prao Gai. Super yummie !!!
