Start by cutting parsley.
Do the same with bread.
Heat up the olive oil.
Throw in parsley, chunks of bread and oregano. Fry until bread reaches the familiar brown color.
Add artichoke, olives, chili and Provence herbs. Fry for a few more minutes. (Keep mixing)
Add tomato and cook until the large proportion of tomato juice boils up.
Serve hot (add chili as an option)
