For the dough I don't use any eggs and yeast. Take 1 spoon of salt and 1 spoon of soda, 1 glass of kefir and 1 table spoon of sunflower or olive oil. This will be enough for 3 small pizzas.
Mix those ingredients in a bowl and leave for some time.
Now cut the mushrooms, olives, meat and/or bacon for the filling.
Once the filling is ready, start to add flour to the dough.
I use a fork at first to mix the flour.
Knead the dough and add flour till it becomes almost dry and stops sticking to your hands.
Now take part of the dough and roll it out...
... Like this. I make a very thin layers.
Cover the dough with a pan and cut the excess of the dough.
Bend the edges and turn the pan over.
Spread the ketchup or tomato sauce over the dough.
Add the filling and grate the cheese over it.
Place the pizza in a hot oven with small fire for about 30 minutes.
