How to Cook a Healthy Dinner in 5 Mins

A quick way to make a healthy dinner when you don't have time to cook.

Supplies

  • Vegetables
  • Microwaveable lunchbox
  • Tuna
  • Sweetcorn
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather your organic veg. I used half a sweet potato, broccoli, and a carrot but you can use whatever veg you want.

    Step 2

    Cut them up. Make sure they're small enough, this will make them easier to cook.

    Step 3

    Place the veg in the lunchbox.

    Step 4

    Add a little bit of water.

    Step 5

    OPTIONAL: Add spices to liven things up a little. I used cumin, white pepper, black pepper, and chilli flakes.

    Step 6

    Close the lid and shake it. Then place it in the microwave for 2-4 mins. This is how I normally cook my vegetables. I'd also make them with my famous TheRealMoChicken which I will share soon.

    Step 7

    While the veg is cooking, put the tuna and sweetcorn in a bowl.

    Step 8

    Add whatever extra ingredients you want. I added some pine nuts, chilli flakes, white pepper, and juice of half a lemon. Then mix it. The veg should be cooked now.

    Delicious and healthy. Enjoy.
