Here is what we will be making
Combine the cheese, paprika, onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt and the BBQ sauce. (Note you can cook the onions if you want to).
Mix them till just combined.
Make four patties around three inches in diameter.
Cook the patties in a heavy based frypan on the stove or BBQ for around 8mins on each side.
While the burgers are cooking, we will cook the beetroot chips. All you need is olive oil and beetroot.
Slice the beetroot to a desired size.
Place the beetroot in a pre-heated pan with some olive oil
Once they are cooked, place them in the oven for that crunchy feel.
Once the beetroot chips are cooked and in the oven, start to caramelise the onions. This is simply done by putting the onion rings in the pre-heated pan with some olive oil. Cook until golden.
Next we will be preparing the salad for plating up. All you need is Greek yogurt and some rocket. If you want to add Dijonnaise mustard you can. And that's all you need to do.
Ensemble the burger with the bun, the chicken pattie, onion rings, BBQ sauce and a slice of cheese. Put the salad, the beetroot chips along with the burger on a plate.
