How to Cook a Delicious Vegetable Burger

Supplies

  • 2 Cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ Cups Grated carrots
  • ½ Diced string beans
  • ½ Cups Cabbage diced
  • ½ Cups Broccoli diced
  • ½ Cups Mushroom diced
  • ½ Cups Onions diced
  • ¼ Cups Water
  • ¼ Cups Tamari
  • 1 Clove garlic diced
  • 3 Teaspoons Flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • Cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix all ingredients together in pot.

    Step 2

    Mould ingredients into patties

    Step 3

    Add olive oil into frying pan

    Step 4

    Turn stove on to medium heat and wait for oil to heat up.

    Step 5

    Turn stove up to 3/4 and gently place the patties on the frying pan. Allow them to cook for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Step 6

    Flip the patties at the 15 minute mark. Make sure they don't fall apart!

    Step 7

    Add cheese for the melted taste when 5 minutes left of cooking. (Only if you prefer)

    Step 8
