Season the chicken ( all I had was ketchup and mustard)
Build a good size fire
After your fire has burnt down to just coals, put your chicken on a stick with aluminum foil on the bottom, clear out the coals ( so your stick doesnt burn) and stick it in the ground
Put the coals all around and on top of the pot (I kept feeding the coals with a second fire only bc my initial fire was pretty small)
Wait about an 1 hr and 15 min and voila your ready to eat!
