How to Cook a Breakfast Scramble

Supplies

  • Chopped Onion
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Minced garlic
  • Ground sausage
  • Freezer Fries
  • Spinach
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Greek seasoning (optional)
  • Wraps (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get your supplies together

    Step 2

    Chop your onions. (About 1/4 of a cup)

    Step 3

    Slice your mushrooms. (About 3)

    Step 4

    Heat your pan

    Step 5

    Add a liberal tablespoon of the sausage

    Step 6

    After the sausage has begun to brown, add the onions

    Step 7

    Then add as much garlic as you please

    Step 8

    Add your fries (or potatoes. I didn't have potatoes at the time haha). Make sure they are bite sized.

    Step 9

    Add your mushrooms then let things cook down for a bit.

    Step 10

    Add as much spinach as your heart desires

    Step 11

    Crack an egg (or two, if you want) over the mixture. Let it set in and cook for a bit.

    Step 12

    Add your seasoning. (I love Greek seasoning, but salt and pepper work deliciously as well)

    Step 13

    Once it has all cooked up, transfer the scramble to the wrap and add the cheese to your liking. Enjoy!
