Cook and crush the bananas with the brown sugar and vanilla for 45-60 mins until the mixture becomes brownish.
After semi-baking the dough alone in the oven for 10 mins on 350F, add the banana paste and start adding the dough strips.
Beat the egg and paste it on the dough strips (with a brush) to give it a golden look once baked.
Put it in the oven on 350F for another 20-25 minutes and voilà! Enjoy!
