How to Cook a Banana Diet Mug Cake in 3 Minutes

Supplies

  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Oatmeal
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 8 Drops liquid sweetener or 1 tsp powdered sweetener
  • 1 Banana
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put the dry ingredients in a mug or in a little casserole

    Step 2

    Mix it

    Step 3

    Add the egg and the milk and mix it again

    Step 4

    Sting the banana

    Step 5

    Add it to the mixture

    Step 6

    Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes

    Step 7

    Done! Eat without guilt :)

    Update: try putting a piece of dark chocolate over the cake and let it melt by itself. Delicious!
