How to Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Delicious cheesy dip with toasted baguette

Supplies

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 10oz pack of spinach
  • ½ Cups Milk
  • 6 Ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 ¼ Cups Shredded cheese
  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Slice baguette into 1/4 inch slices

    Step 2

    Chop one small onion

    Step 3

    Brush olive oil on bread slices

    Step 4

    Bake bread slices in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

    Step 5

    Oil pan with 1tsp olive oil

    Step 6

    Sauté onion and garlic with olive oil for 4 minutes

    Step 7

    Add thawed spinach and cook for five minutes (keep stirring)

    Step 8

    Take bread out and let cool

    Step 9

    Move vegetables to a separate bowl

    Step 10

    Heat milk in a pot over medium heat

    Step 11

    Start melting cream cheese into the milk while stirring (3 minutes)

    Step 12

    Add vegetables back into the pot

    Step 13

    Add shredded cheese and stir until melted but keep 1/2 cup out

    Step 14

    Move mixture into a pan and add the last 1/2 cup of cheese on top

    Step 15

    Cook for 20 minutes in a 425 degree oven

    Step 16

    Let cool and serve with toasted bread
