With the knife cut into the apple from the bottom of it then slowly go up while going a little bit diagonal all the way until the apple starts to cave in then go diagonally in.
repeat step 1 all the way around
repeat step 1 until you get to this part.
With six of the leftover apple slices arrange them around the apple then pour the lemon juice on all of the apple parts to make it last longer and you can still eat them but they are going to be sour.
