How to Boil and Fry Prawns

Prawns is one if the tasty dish in sea food. Prawns fry and Red wine is a very good combination. It can be used as a starter.


  • ½ kilograms Prawns
  • Salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder
  • ½ Teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Corn flour
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Boil the prawns

    Step 2

    After boiling it looks like this.

    Step 3

    Marinate the prawns with the ingredients listed in supplies.

    Step 4

    Keep it fridge for at least an hour. After marination pic.

    Step 5

    Take a pan pour some oil for shallow fry.

    Step 6

    Shallow fry the prawns. Fry for 2-3 min in medium flame.

    Step 7

    Now that's it prawns fry is done. One of the best starters in sea food... :) lovi'n it!!!
