How to Blend a Smoothie With Goat Milk

Supplies

  • Handful of Spring Mix Greens
  • 1 Tablespoon Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon SuperFruit Powder
  • 1 Cup Frozen bananas, mangos and strawberries
  • 1 Cup Goats' milk
  • ΒΌ Cups Coconut water
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Whole ingredients

    Step 2

    Dry ingredients

    Step 3

    Place greens into blender

    Step 4

    Add some nuts

    Step 5

    Add all the powders

    Step 6

    Mix of tropical Fruits

    Step 7

    Add goat's milk

    Step 8

    Just a little coconut water

    Step 9

    Add enough liquids to cover all the ingredients

    Step 10

    Blend well

    Step 11

    Sprinkle cinnamon and add a leaf of greens. Enjoy!
