Step 1Cut and wash with cool water. |

Step 2Dump them in hot boiling water. Be careful! |

Step 3Let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Do not let them sit in there too long! |

Step 4After the 1-2 minute is up, remove from hot water by either poor them out in container or spoon them out. Place in a container with ice cold water. Let sit and cool. |

Step 5Dry them. Put in freezer bags. |

Step 6Put in freezer and safe for future use. They will taste like fresh asparagus! |

Step 7A month later, I took them out of freezer and made sautéed asparagus with garlic and olive oil. They tasted just like fresh asparagus. |
