How to Beat the Summer With Chilled Avocado Yogurt

  • 2 Avocados ( medium)
  • 1 Cup Full cream/whole milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • ½ Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • Makes about 2 cups
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut avocados into 4 pieces each and chuck them into the blender. Throw in all the other ingredients and blend.

    Step 2

    You may need to move the mixture around if the avocados get stuck at the bottom

    Step 3

    Pulse blender until avocados are coarsely chopped. Blend on high for a few seconds until the mixture resembles yogurt ( thick paste). Take out in a container and chill ( pun intended)

    Step 4

    This is so thick and creamy, and absolutely refreshing! It's definitely a summer thing :) Yes, it's not exactly yogurt but neither is buffalo wings from a buffalo.. Hmm

    Step 5

    Go a step further and combine avocado yogurt with whipped cream and freeze for avocado ice cream ;)
